Beginnings or endings?

Some of those cheery optimistic type people like to look at endings as merely beginnings in disguise. I might even consider myself one of those type of people. But seeing as this post represents the beginning of my undoubtably illustrious blogging career, I can't help but wonder... is it also an ending in disguise? And what exactly is it ending? I suppose it embodies the end and deflowering of my previous 'not-the-blogging-type-of-guy' status. I can probably live with that.

Speaking of endings and beginnings, I feel like I just had a very vidid dream. I dreamed I went to Texas for a couple weeks and came back to Provo. But surely not! It went quickly even for a dream... I remember falling asleep on a plane headed for Texas land... and then woke up again this morning on a plane headed for Mormon land! Must have been a dream...

So because the purpose of life is becoming a god (ask any informed Mormon or Greek orthodox if you don't believe me) I figure I will dedicate this blog to that very purpose. Or at least it will be dedicated to the ruminations of a god in training. I seriously doubt that this blog will play much of a role in the actual process of theosis...
